This applies to all eligible delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please note that Free Shipping applies exclusively to our standard delivery service, and expedited shipping options, if available, may carry additional charges.
Order Processing and Cut-off Time
All orders placed with KORACART are subject to a standard handling period designed to verify payment, prepare your items, and hand them over to our trusted carrier partners. Our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all major federal holidays observed within the United States.
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed on a business day before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the very next business day. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM EST on a Friday will begin its 1-3 business day handling period on the following Monday.
Transit and Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days. This transit window begins immediately following the completion of the handling period. For instance, an order that finishes processing on a Tuesday will generally arrive between Thursday of that week and the following Tuesday.
