Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a different evaluation or may be declined. Please note that KORACART does not charge any restocking fee – you will never be penalized for returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Starting a return or exchange with KORACART is quick and easy. Simply contact our customer service team using the details below. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the package back. For exchanges, let us know the preferred size, color, or model, and we will reserve the replacement as soon as your return is in transit.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account. KORACART will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Free Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, exchanges are completely free. We will send the replacement item at no extra cost to you, and we cover the return shipping for the original item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead, or you may choose a different product.
Conditions and Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. Examples include opened personal care items, intimate apparel, and perishable goods. If your order includes such a product, it will be clearly identified on the product page. Items damaged due to improper use or wear and tear are not eligible.
